Clothing & personal items
Seasonal clothing, toiletries, and personal accessories.
Factory-packaged dry food (no meat)
Biscuits, crackers, sweets, chocolate, instant noodles without meat extract, and jams.
Powdered drinks & dry seasonings
Tea, ground or bean coffee, dry cooking spices, and powdered seasonings in commercial packaging.
Personal electronics
Mobile phones, laptops, and cameras in reasonable quantities — up to approximately 2 devices.
Power banks
Cabin carry only. Maximum 160Wh.
Must not be used or charged during the flight.
Meat & meat products
All types of beef, pork, chicken, duck — fresh, frozen, cooked, or vacuum-packed.
Products such as rendang, shredded meat (abon), sausages, steamed buns with meat filling, and nuggets are also prohibited.
Fresh fruit & vegetables
Certain fruits and vegetables including mango, longan, guava, citrus, and chilli are restricted due to pest risk.
Narcotics & psychotropics
Cannabis, heroin, cocaine, MDMA, and all other controlled substances.
Certain restricted medicines
Cold or pain-relief medicines containing pseudoephedrine or codeine may be prohibited.
Certain inhalers should be verified with K For You customer service before shipping.
Counterfeit or pirated goods
Fake bags, shoes, watches, pirated DVDs, pirated software, and copyright-infringing products.
Weapons & hazardous materials
Firearms, ammunition, hazardous chemicals, firecrackers, and certain folding knives.
Clothing & personal items
Permitted for travel needs or personal use.
Factory-packaged dry food (no meat)
Dry snacks, biscuits, chocolate, and factory-made instant noodles that contain no meat.
Personal medicines
Permitted in reasonable quantities for personal consumption.
For sedatives, high-dose painkillers, or prescription medicines, carry a doctor's prescription in English.
Animal products, meat & dairy
Fresh meat, processed meat products such as rendang or meatballs (bakso), and dairy products including cheese and butter.
Plants, fresh fruit & vegetables
Most fruits, vegetables, and live plants require a phytosanitary certificate.
Without the correct documents, items may be seized or destroyed.
Narcotics
All types of narcotics and cannabis, including CBD products from abroad.
Counterfeit goods
Counterfeit items in large quantities or intended for resale may be confiscated.
Personal goods or gifts
Items with a total value up to approximately €430 may be duty-free.
Above this threshold, VAT of approximately 21% applies.
Cash
Declare if carrying €10,000 or more in cash or equivalent in other currencies.
Alcohol
Duty-free: approximately 1 litre of spirits above 22% ABV, or 2 litres of wine, and 16 litres of beer.
Tobacco & cigarettes
Maximum approximately 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, or 250 grams of tobacco.
Dry food
Factory-made snacks, instant noodles, coffee, biscuits, and dry seasonings.
Clothing & personal items
Permitted in reasonable quantities for personal use.
Personal medicines
Permitted in reasonable quantities for personal use.
For prescription antibiotics or strong medicines, carry a doctor's prescription.
Seafood
Seafood including cooked products is generally permitted for personal consumption in reasonable quantities.
Alternative tobacco products
Vape devices, heated tobacco products (IQOS/TEREA), herbal cigarettes, vaping equipment, and e-liquid.
CBD products
CBD oil, gel, edibles, or any product containing CBD is classified as a dangerous drug.
Raw or fresh meat & poultry
Raw meat, poultry, and eggs require official health certificates.
Fully cooked meat for personal consumption in small amounts may be permitted — confirm with K For You first.
Weapons & dangerous items
Replica weapons, stun guns, pepper spray, batons, and fireworks.
Cash
Declare if carrying HKD 120,000 or more in cash or negotiable instruments.
Cigarettes
Duty-free allowance is very low — approximately 19 cigarettes.
Alcoholic beverages
Duty-free: approximately 1 litre of spirits above 30% ABV for travellers aged 18+ who meet conditions.
Wine and beer are generally not subject to duty.
Factory-packaged food (no meat)
Biscuits, sweets, chocolate, and ground coffee in commercial packaging.
Processed seafood
Dried salted fish or fish crackers that are dried or cooked may be permitted for personal consumption.
Personal medicines
Permitted for personal use within set limits.
Prescription medicines should be accompanied by a doctor's letter in English.
All pork & pork products
Pork in any form — fresh, cooked, canned, shredded (abon), or instant noodle seasoning containing pork — is strictly prohibited due to African Swine Fever risk.
Violations may result in a heavy fine.
E-cigarettes & heated tobacco products
Vape devices, e-liquid, and heated tobacco products are prohibited.
Items may be confiscated and the owner fined.
Fresh fruit & vegetables
No fresh fruit or vegetables without quarantine permits or phytosanitary documents.
Seeds & live plants
Seeds, seedlings, fresh flowers, and live plants are prohibited due to pest risk.
Cigarettes
Maximum approximately 200 cigarettes for travellers aged 20 and above.
Alcohol
Maximum approximately 1 litre for travellers aged 18 and above.
Cash
Declare if carrying more than NT$100,000 or USD 10,000.
Undeclared excess may be confiscated.
Personal goods or gifts
Duty-free for items with a total value below approximately NT$20,000.
